Following the Don Imus fiasco, New York Senator and Democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton blasted the words used by Imus regarding the Rutgers University Women’s Basketball Team. The humiliated wife of former President Bill Clinton said the following:

"Don Imus’ comments about them were nothing more than small-minded bigotry and coarse sexism. They showed a disregard for basic decency and were disrespectful and degrading to African-Americans and women everywhere."

This is all fine and good, every single Democrat candidate from Clinton, to Senators Barak Obama and Joe Biden have failed to address any issues of substance. Your author was surprised that each of these elected officials had not previously predicted the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter Dannielynn. Why not? The only political pitches these contenders can proclaim is the same drumbeat from the 1960s that still saturates the once great Democrat Party, these being an increase in taxes, creating a greater social welfare state and whining about their Republican counterparts.

As our country rolls into 2007 and 2008 Senator Clinton will have plenty questions to answer as it relates to a recent campaign contribution scandal involving Peter Franklin Paul and his ties to Stan Lee Media. The case is anything but a cartoon. When the big media machine does pick up on this story the Clintons may need a cape crusader to bail them out.

However it is what is happening now that deserves closer attention to Senator Clinton. While she proclaims her disdain for Imus she should have been checking her closet. On March 31^st Clinton, in a last minute fundraiser, attended a cocktail party. The event was held by rapper ‘Timbaland’ (Timothy Mosley). Enough guests showed up to pay $2,000 to sip drinks and Clinton walked away with an estimated $800,000. Your author ponders how many of the poor and disenfranchised that Clinton claims to relate to could afford to attend?

Now as we all know rap or hip hop music lyrics contain the same words that resulted in Imus being booted from television and radio. If Timbaland is a rapper does his lyrics contain these words? Your author decided to find out.

These are just two songs your author was able to muster the tolerance to find out. Senator Clinton you are clearly talking out of both sides of your mouth. It has been reported that the Timbaland led fundraiser was a desperate attempt for Clinton’s campaign treasury to surpass the coffers of rookie Senator Obama. A rookie? Yes and Clinton is unbelievably desperate to become the next US President.
